Ordered Nov 11th but had issues due to Canada Post strike. Seller was very understanding and reshipped on Dec 3rd. I received Dec 20th. Product as per pictures. It was shipped very securely, and the wooden box the watch comes in is a really nice toutch. The watch works fine so no complains there, the bracelet is also a nice accesory to go with the watch. The tool to shorten the strap of the watch is also a really nice thing to have in the box!
